Order and delivery
The estimated delivery time and costs depend on the country to which the product is sent. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the information about the shipment and a Track & Trace. All prices include VAT. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays and promotions. We try to process all orders within 1-2 business days.

Your order will be shipped with our standard shipping companies, which is PostNL or DHL. Customs clearance fees, taxes and duties may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Madaro. Nor are these calculated in the total purchase amount.
Product views
The images of our products on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or app are for illustrative impressions only. Although we invest a lot of attention and energy in the appearance of the colors, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately display the colors. For this reason, colors on products may appear slightly different than shown on your screen.
Ordering Guidelines
All products on our website are subject to stock availability. Orders can only be processed when the full purchase amount has been received. We will contact you if the products in your order have become out of stock, or if additional information is required.
Estimates for delivery times
We try to process all our orders within five working days. When your order has been transferred to our shipping partners, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace.
Conditions for International Shipping
When you order a product on our website and ship it to countries outside Europe, import duties and taxes may be charged by the country of destination. The responsibility of these duties and taxes lies with the customer. Madaro has no control or insight into these costs and cannot estimate how high they will be. International deliveries may undergo customs procedures which may delay our delivery times. When you place an order with us, you are subject to "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations in the country of destination. Madaro is not responsible if these laws and regulations are broken.
Undelivered and Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or not available for any reason, Madaro is not responsible for it. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages.
Inspection of products
We expect the customer to check and inspect the delivered products at all times when they are received, to ensure that the products are delivered as expected by the customer. If this expectation is not met, we ask the customer to immediately send an e-mail to our customer service (info@madaro-clothing.com), with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and accompanying photographic evidence .
Shipping errors or damaged products
We are committed to selling high quality products. For these reasons, we carry out several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you nevertheless receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will then look together to solve the problem as quickly as possible and free of charge.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, terrorism, labor dispute or act from local or central government or other competent authorities.
