Exchange and Return

Products that you return under the Distance Selling Act must be returned in their original condition (and, if reasonably possible, including the original packaging). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. With an accepted return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk.

You can return your order up to 14 days after the order date and we will ensure that the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) is on your account within 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

Return conditions:
- All products are unworn, unwashed and including labels
- All products must be returned within 14 days of the order date
- Please indicate clearly on the return form whether you want a refund or a different size.

Download the return form here and fill it in completely. Register your return by sending an email to info@madaro-clothing.com

Send your order in the original packaging together with the completed return form with a track & trace code. The return costs are for the account of the consumer. After receipt, the purchase amount will be on your account within 5 working days.
